Memorial Day is delicious in Paris, with enjoyable sunshine after the rain in Cannes. Monday is off (more or less, the French managed to turn the “May Bridges” into some bureaucratic nightmare with a French touch of “dialogue social”).

May 1st, and not all, not only workers will demonstrate today. And not only in the streets of Paris. Whatever works as long as we have Lily and Orang-Utans in the forests. But let’s not forget that some people have less chances, even with lucky charms.

As simple as white ? Can’t be that (white ?) simple, not in sophisticated Old World where fashion (not unlike politics) is an Art and nothing is ever just black and white. Not in complex(ed) France. Not at election or breakfast time in colourful Paris.
