Diamonds are Forever, So Queen Elisabeth and England Seem to Be : Happy Jubilee, Madam

From a French perspective, England and the UK may not have always been easy neighbours and perfect Euro-partners over the last millenium or so, but any fair-play French person must admit, that both this Queen and that Country are quite admirable !
