Happy Valentine Day from #Paris

The-Aristocats-classic-disney-wallpaper

Of course, not all you need is love music, not everybody loves somebody else’s songs, and even in “the most romantic city in the world”, there are other things to sing about, but some “Love-Songs” from Paris a day may help keep trouble away.

Keep on the Sunny Side of Life …

amico solar coffee maker-thumb

As long as one can have warm coffee at daytime, and provided there is some sun in the morning for the solar coffee heating device in Paris (or other cities where taxes are crazy but survival is good), life is something one can try and live with, isn’t it ?

Some additional e-reading may be needed about Xmas, artists, politicians, our common world, Europe, Euro-nomics, Euro-Fatcats, Eurocrats, France, Frenchonomics, the options for future Competitiveness in France in spite of all reports, elections, airports, funerals and funerals of reports, airports or elections …
… about French Politics, French Wine, French Climate, French Changes and other sad issues that may be of interest even if of little importance for the real XXIst century in the world.
Please click on hereafter pictures if you don’t wanna be a potatoe couch watching the weather forecasts on Fox TV and let others enjoy sun, success, beach, love, Champagne, French learning bashing whilst you seat back in your chair reading the Sun, the Guardian or even worse and more biased against civilisation, the Financial Times or the Economist.

Downloading some relevant pdf for printing is another option for readers with a taste for “real” paper books (or just no Kindle, but an iPhone, an iPad or whatever else works to e-read).

The (almost) New-Year bonus

Toot Toot Goodbye … November 2012 in France

Few people, even French or French bashing people, will remember November 2012 in France. Not that it was not a good month, for French kids or old folks fascinated by old French politicians or old French activists. But now, Toot Toot Goodbye …

November 27th : What ?

November 26th : Toot !

November 25th : What ?

November 24th : Toot !

November 23rd : Where ?

November 22nd : When ?

November 21st : Toot !

November 20th : Who ?

November 19th : Toot !

November 18th : Who ?

November 17th : Where ? Who ? How ?

The bonus

Johnny Hallyday, the French and Only Rock Star Older than Madonna, is not Dead. He never is.

Johnny Hallyday, the French Rock Star, is now almost 70. But he practices sport and rock n’ roll enough to look almost younger than Madonna. And his producers and agents are about as proactive as Madonna’s to try and sell tickets, albums and books.

Good (War)Game(s), #London2012 ! Merci, Madam #Queen #England #UK #OlympicBritain

Not that praising the Brits be my pleasure, especially as they cheated France a couple of time, but great games, with talent, energy and a little bit of Madness. Bravo and thank you @ everybody. Bravo and thank @ London. Bravo and merci, Madam. (Please, click on the hereabove picture for the debriefing of the games, and on the hereunder image for more praising of Great, Olympic Britain, which is as reliable as ever, both as a great friend and as a great … match).

Anyway, Olympics are as good as holiday and watching TV on the sofa with a cool beer or singing old anthems in a stadium or the streets, but it’s time to go back to real competition #InRealLife, now (please click on picture to download & read the free eBook) if you want to be able to pay the rent and to afford a German car made in Britain (or Germany, but those are much less fun, much more German).

The Sun, the Empires on which it never sets and Rock n’ Roll are here to stay

It is foreseen, that the sun should not disappear over 3 or 4 billion years. Those who dare bet some money on these weather forecasts should win in the long run, though it remains to be proven that Solar Impulse is able to make it around the world.

What is for sure, is that the sun still never sets on the Commonwealth, and that even if  the night may be dark and cold in England, the Brits will find a way to sail over the 7 seas and that there will always be great music around Buckingham Palace.

Those who would like to read more about ongoing changes in Europe (and the rest of the world including usually sunny France) may click on the following pictures to reach series of eBooks.

#Avengers and #Cannes Movie #Stars in #France, now. #Normal (Hard)Working Men and Women too.

Many French people enjoy a May Day off, or even another 4-day week-end “à la française”. Cinema lovers may have decided to go to Cannes with a view to see or meet global stars at the “Festival”. Some normal people #InRealLife just work in Paris.

#Green Shoes, #Lights, #Washing, #Back, #Soylent … Whatever Promises Work As Long As It’s Green ?

So, What does #RadioLondres Twit about #Paris #France #Elections ?

No #RadioLondres player with more or less sense of humour knows for sure the result of today’s French elections, and not everybody in the world cares as much as some French, but as there’s nothing else on (French) TV, best idea is to watch play.

#Paris #France #Europe May 2012 : Sun May 1 Day, howabout the (wheather) forecasts for Sunday ?

Everybody in Paris was happy, May the 1st, with nice smelling lily of the valley in spite of the cold wheather, an unexpectedly sunny day for the “Défilé” (in fact, there were 3 of them, but it doesn’t really matter) and nice fireworks in the East End.
